Since starting our business consulting  arm in 2008 we have consulted to 200+ businesses in 20 industries on recruitment and employee motivation. Furthermore, we are also entrepreneurs and that gives us a working knowledge to help if you so decide to be your own boss.

Unlike our work with businesses, here, at RelaunchMeNow, individuals applying for jobs are highly confidential. We can post anonymous testimonials but we feel it is much better you test us out with the free assessment and initial discussion. RelaunchMeNow is a new service we are offering to individuals based on our decade of experience in consulting to 200+ businesses on recruitment, role fitting and leadership planning. We have the network and understand how employers and hiring managers decide on candidates. This is our advantage to you.

It will uncover your core strengths which tells you clearly what sort of job roles fit you best. This critical insight allows you to target the jobs that fit you best, write a strength resume, and have a better chance in scoring an interview.

On completing the free assessment a report will be sent to you. One of our coaches will be in touch with you as arranged to give you a topline summary.

Your assessment results can be used to rank job fitability for you by percentage fit. For example, say you are looking for 3  job roles to apply. You will get job fitability scores like 85%, 60%, 20% of fit to your strengths. This not only help you focus but more importantly stops you jumping from the frying pan into the fire! Fit and focus increases your interview chances manifold.

You get a better benefit than that. We let employers target you based on your core strengths by listing you in our curated database for or clients and search firms. Make employers come to you instead.

  1. To uncover your Core Strengths we need you to do a special online assessment for us to analyse. Don’t worry, 10,000 people, like you, have already done it before
  2.  As soon as we make contact with you to explain the process we will send you an email invite to do the assessment which will take 30mins on average
  3. For accuracy, the assessment can only be done on laptop or PC
  4. Upon completion, your Free Core Strengths Report will be emailed to you
